So there seems to be some differing opinions here (yes, or no), but as reported by the Wall Street Journal, Citigroup seems to be in a bit of a pickle of late.

As indicated earlier today by MarketWatch, Citigroups’ stock took a bit of a tumble today in relation to the reports, seemingly, in this case, to drag down the whole segment of the market.
